Home Bound - is an original wallhanging comprised of new and vinatge cotton fabric pieced together with an original monoprint 47cm x 51cm. I love expriementing with different mediums and new ways to express my ideas. The monoprint technique has been so freeing that my drawings can be printed directly onto fabric and or paper using oil based printing ink. I love the idea of owning a cottage somewhere idealic one day and using the log quilting design and embroidary helped me complete this piece- Ready to hang with a timber d-ring hanging system, all made by me.
